This review isn’t for Bath & Body Works itself, but rather this location. They are LOVELY. I have never had an experience here any less than great. Didn’t catch my cashier’s name from this afternoon, but she was just a delight. I truly appreciate anytime someone goes out of their way to be kind or helpful, and that is the exact service I received. These ladies aren’t making any extra to go above and beyond helping every customer with their holiday shopping— but they do it. Thank you & Happy Holidays to everyone at this store!! The ladies are always a great help and I am obsessed with the new DISNEY PRINCESS 👸🏻🥰🩷👸🏻 collection❣️❣️. They all smell sooo amazing and only 17.95 each! I love 💗 being a Disney princess at heart and so happy Bath and Body Works partnered with Disney for allllll that’s offered! 👸🏻🩷🧚🏻‍♀️

I really appreciate Alyce and Autumn at this store. We submitted an order for pick up in store. The online system seems to be glitching or having issues, as my order was randomly canceled in the middle of the night twice. I spoke with Alyce on the phone to see if it was an inventory issue, which it wasn't. She was incredibly kind and supportive with what help she could offer. I then spoke with customer service who informed me there was some glitch on my orders and I could resubmit. I learned shortly after I resubmitted that there was a hold on the order for another 24 hours. When my sister went in to ask about the order they went above and beyond to help us. What could have been a frustrating situation was handled so well. Thanks so much!

Supposedly, they close at 6 on Sundays now, but they never updated their hours on the website and it says they close at 9 every day.So be aware , because the old lady that was there was closing the door as I walked up

Absolutely the rudest employees. Completely unhelpful. I asked about a particular scent i went out of my way to buy. All they said was they didn't have it, never did. Which is wrong according to their own website, ads, & the fact a friend has just purchased it 3 days prior. Perhaps at one of their other locations? "Well, I don't work there!" Not even going to check? A call? A glance at the computer? Nothing. I'll drive the 10 miles to another location from now on.. obviously they don't need my money.
