Jada is a great help too! Rose is always so helpful to me when I shop there. She makes the experience feel extra special and easy. Jessica also is always so kind. Davon is amazing and always has a smile! Shaniya was so patient during Black Friday. It’s nice to encounter people like this in such a busy world. Wickes is awesome! An amazing rep to the brand.

Wicke is So Sweet 💕 and so professional. I'm always disappointed when I have to find a new scent cause my favorite one turns out to be "seasonal" and she saw me kind of moping at check-out with a scent I didn't really like. I'm usually the person that keeps to myself and it was so cool to me that she had this level of attention to detail that she saw me, saw the scent I chose and was like, "Don't you usually like musky smells? Try over there, table to the right." Like??? And she was riighhtt. The table she pointed out actually had scents I completely missed, never tried and they fornicated with my nostrils Beautifully✨️🤌 I almost asked, "Ok but what are we now??" Lmaoo the store has my loyalty thanks to her 💕

I was in the store on October 2 where I had a incident because the store is so congested with so many stands of items throughout the store where you can barely maneuver through the store and I paid for my items I was walking away from the register, I heard glass and I looked, and I noticed that my purse hit one of the candles. They have stacked up very high and it’s very congested and it led up to glass getting in my foot and Bath and body Works wants to take no responsibility for how congested and small the store is and leaving customers no room to move around comfortably and this glass has been in my foot for days now, and they are disregarding it and making excuses.

I don't know his name, but one of the associates is so sweet. Very conversational, and helped me a lot today :)
