I clearly asked for the cheapest items in the store, specifically sets of three, and explained that they did not need to match—any combination was fine as long as they were the least expensive. I verbally explained this and pointed directly to the table with items priced around $1.29–$1.75. The employee instead selected items priced $5–$10 each, completely ignoring my instructions. I am medically unable to tolerate fragrance due to MCAS, and I was actively reacting in the store (dizziness, nasal pain, ear pressure, ringing). The cashier named Rami working in the front is racially profiling customers. I came in to return a lotion I bought for full price and I had the receipt. I planned to rebuy it and purchase more items during their $4.95 sale to get a better deal. He processed the return but when I asked him multiple times if I could have the lotion to put in my basket while I shopped since they were sold out of that scent on the floor, he would not give it back to me. He even told his coworker to check me out instead. I explained to her I wasn’t done shopping and she gladly gave it to me. Beware of this guy. So sad this is still a reality in this day and age. He wouldn’t even look me in the eyes when I came back up to checkout. SMH disgusting.

I was at town center with my sons during Black Friday and I stopped by and I was greeted by Stephanie. She was such a complete sweetheart and had amazing humor! Unfortunately I had to rush out but I will come back because she was great!

David, was great! He greeted me, and asked if I was looking for anything specific. He showed me a couple sections, walked around with me and shared his sense that he liked helped me get a basket and everything. He was great. Kayce checked me out, she was also very sweet and helpful

I had such a bad experience with June! She was really rude , didn’t let me pay for the items I wanted , she changed the items of my purchase at the last minute without my knowledge!!!! And couldn’t ask for a return or change because it was final sale! So disappointed at you June !!!!
