Bath & Body Works

I come in a few times a year and typically the staff are pleasant and helpful. Today I picked up an order and had a rather gruff woman named Sharon get my order for me. I am sooo sick of people who work in a customer-facing role…not being nice! If you don’t like interacting with people, a retail job is not for you!

We bought $138.00 worth of B&BW's products on 11/9/25 at 5:17pm. All was good up until we got to the cashier. She put SO many bottles in one little bag and when we asked for an extra bag so it's not heavy and breaks, she gave us a BIG attitude. This was cashier # 4052833. We were going to ask for a manager but instead were contacting corporate and leaving a review.

Love this store and visit every Christmas for my holiday wallflower scents and soaps. Only drawback is the headache after we leave. Still...worth it!

Though they always have a great selection, my rating was 3 stars because of the wait time in line for cashier . I ended up leaving because I had to be somewhere.

The staff was super nice! Really friendly and helpful even during a big candle sale. They made it a pleasure to shop at that location.
