Bath & Body Works

Store was nice & the floor staff were polite, but the till staff were rude. The lady serving me yesterday on the 2nd floor B&BW asked if I wanted to give a phone number. I didn’t want to give it, I politely said no. I was then asked multiple times and borderline pressured into giving it, which I refused politely again. Then the lady did a 180 from polite to serving me with a rude attitude, no pleasentries, and just not nice service and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for simply politely refusing to give a number. I don’t know if they have a quota to meet or something, but that’s not my fault and shouldn’t be taken out on customers! It really ruined my usually nice shopping experience here.

A typical bath and body works store, small but stuffed with all kinds of body washes, perfumes, and smell goods of all kinds. Experience the sensation of being hit with a hundred scents all at once. Prices were reasonable and staff processed checkout quickly.

The displays here are presented so well that it makes me want to buy everything in the store. There are 2 sinks where you can test out hand soaps and body washes. They also have lots of displays of outlet plug-ins so you can see what they all look like when they are lite up (if they do light up) there are alot of workers that try to talk to you but they were very helpful telling me about promotions that I was unaware of.

What terrible customer service. Actually we didn't get any. Past three associates was never greeted once. When we went to the cash register, the cashier walked away without even saying word I looked at us. Very very disappointed

Needed to pick up soap and hand sanitizers for travel and they had a great selection their soaps were all on sale so you can't beat that. My go to place.
