Jill & Moe were energetic, fun, and knowledgeable on new stock items, as well as specific fragrance notes when inquired about. They seriously did an amazing job!!! Their service and passion made it easy to walk out with more than expected!

My husband and I went to this location to purchase some men items. Normally when I come into any bath and bodywork’s I get greeted, this time we didn’t. We went to the area we needed and I found what I was looking for but I seen that a spray was with this item. I didn’t see any on the shelf so I went to find a store employee. It was a couple of employees talking to each other so I found an older women that worked there to ask for help. I asked if she could help me she said yes so I asked my question but as I’m asking her my question someone else walked up and the worker disregarded my question and turned to help the other lady that walked up. Went to shop their sales today. An older woman came up to my daughter and I when we picked up a bottle and told us to use the samples (we weren't trying it.) She followed us around watching us. I had a basket with 100.00 worth of lotions, body washes and hand soap. I picked up one I was buying and wanted to smell it again. The woman again came up to us. My daughter informed her I was buying it. She was straight up triggering and I almost left everything because of how she was acting. She needs to chill.

Great cs. I just love that the Bath n Body Works in Normal likes to hear positive experiences and negative experiences. I find that companies and workers who accept this are VERY MATURE. I believe it shows good discipline and maturity understanding customers wants and needs! I give this company High RATE IN STARS ! 5 STARS ISN'T enough!
