Went in today to buy my boyfriend a gift and not one person talked to me the whole 15 mins I was in there. I wasn't greeted, no one asked if I needed help, nothing. I ended asking one of the 4 ladies there (who looked the least mean) for help. She looked as if she was in outer space, might have been high, I don't know..but a sloth would been faster than her I promise. I just didn't like the whole ordeal, I won't be going back. I'll stick to going to the one in the Gadsden Mall, they're a great team.

I am writing to express my appreciation following a phone call I made to inquire about an order I placed. The employee I spoke with was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She assisted me promptly and courteously, without any attitude. Unfortunately, it has become common to experience unpleasant interactions over the phone, so this positive experience truly stood out. Please commend the employee I spoke with for her professionalism and integrity—she did an excellent job.

Whats not to like, things smell good here, also staff is kind and helpful.

I took advantage of a Flash Sale Deal, Thursday July 3. Normally the next business day/day, I'll get an email my order ready. I really forgot! When it came to me after a few days I checked still nothing called on hold forever w local store. Called agin the next day told to call cs. I've been on hold 23 minutes and still no one has come to the phone...Just wandering how much longer. Will this get resolved but the store just said it'll get refunded back and I don't want a refund I want my order.
