Review for Bath & Body Works (Montgomery Mall) I’ve been a loyal customer at this Bath & Body Works location for a long time—it’s my home base store. However, I feel compelled to share a concern about a repeated negative experience with one of the store managers, Christa (apologies if I’ve spelled her name incorrectly). Unfortunately, Christa has consistently shown a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude during my visits. She does not come across as a people person, and her behavior makes customers like myself feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I genuinely believe this location would benefit from her being either retrained or considered for reassignment. Her demeanor reflects poorly on the brand and creates a negative atmosphere in what should be a pleasant shopping experience. O

My favorite store with all the good stuffs. They have fragrant soap, handsoap, scrub, shower gel, mist and fragrance plugs with refills. In this store, I always found something to love. Their gift sets are awesome! The sales staffs and cashiers in this particular store was very professional and friendly. No complaints. They offer lots of discounts even upto 70% and many more offers. BBW offers online shopping options and shipping.

Every time I visit Bath & Body Works at the Montgomery Mall, James is in such a great mood and always goes above and beyond to help. He’s super knowledgeable about the products, whether it’s finding the perfect scent or recommending something new, he always knows his stuff! It’s clear he genuinely enjoys what he does, and his positive attitude makes the whole shopping experience so much better. Thanks, James, for always making my visits awesome!

Definitely my favorite store! Whenever Im in the mall Im always looking for body & works store or products. Love their huge selections of body lotion, perfume and candles. Most great scents and have variety of great products to choose from. I always got something whenever I visit one and tried diff one but my favorite will always be Winter Apple Candy.

I purchased over 80 Dollars of products and was treated so poorly. The manager was rude and she would not let me use the coupon that was sent to my home. I truly dislike false advertising and plan to take this issue with BBB. This place is fraud.
