I’m one of their longtime customer. However, very disappointed that their candles are made of paraffin which is petroleum by product and hydrogenated palm oil. In the front label says soy wax blend but is mostly paraffin. For the premium brand customers expect high quality, healthier and environmentally better ingredients. I won’t buy their candles again. Specially if you have a family member sensitive to scents or pets - these ingredients can irritate them.

I was genuinely impressed with my experience at this store. After purchasing items online for in-store pickup, I was warmly greeted by Marie upon arrival. She assisted me promptly, and the entire process was seamless and efficient. The store is also impeccably clean and thoughtfully organized, making it a pleasure to shop in. I highly recommend this store for its excellent customer service and inviting atmosphere.

Horrible customer service. Please be careful on who you hire and how you train people. Rolling your eyes and moving on to the next customer while in the middle of a transaction is not okay. Some people with disabilities need extra time. There were 2 other cashiers texting on their phones that could have helped so you can better assist me.

5 employees working, 3 standing at register and only one ringing up customers. Evelyn is rude and does not care about customer satisfaction. Product priced incorrectly, employees stated incorrect price and management refused honor price stated. I’ve been a customer for 30 years and they’ve lost me as a customer over $5 and poor customer service.

Always a go to company when the holidays come around. This store in particular had great customer service. They upsold me 6 candles since they were $9 instead of $24-$30 a candle. The front counter lady did have an issue selling me a gift card? I didn’t have the time to wait so I ended up leaving. I will try it back in my hometown. Great service great experience by all staff! Thank you!
