Clean store. Very neat. Staff here isn't very friendly. I walked in and there was an employee at the front door organizing items. She didn't greet, neither did the other floor walkers. Yes, they heard the bell on the door and saw me walk in. That's obviously a vibe and first impression. I waited around and browsed just to see if it attitudes would apoear more welcoming. They didn't so I won't go back. This one is barely 5 minutes from my hiuse, but I'll gladly just drive 20 minutes to Fairview Heights. That location is super crowded and a headache, but at least it's welcoming. That actually counts when enployees think it doesn't.

Wow this is a new store! I’ve been going to bath and body works for over 20 years. I even worked at BBW years ago! I’ve always used my coupons and even if i couldn’t use them together I would make multiple transactions and actually I did last month at that BBW well the manager that was there today had a fit and said you can’t do that but very rude never have I been treated like this at a BBW people where staring at us and everything. I even helped another customer while I was there. This is a new store and they won’t last long if there employees are going to act like this! Especially a manager!

Overall great as soon as I walked in I was greeted by multiple employees asking me if I needed help finding anything and when I did need help they answered all my questions and pointed me too what I was looking for and made sure I found everything I was looking for 10/10 service and it was very clean and organized overall I enjoyed my visit and plan on going back soon.

Like the new store and everyone was friendly, BUT when picking up an online order and also making an in store purchase, cashier was confused on finding my online order and assured me everything was in it but I was missing 2 pocket hand sanitizer. I had bought a LOT online and in store and didnt check everything until I arrived home and pulled everything out.

I went to the store today 1/20/2026 I was greeted by an employee while I was walking around the store checking out there new products another customer was looking as well the same employee was showing the customer the new products they have that I was looking at she proceeded to reach in front of me to grab the product didn’t say excuse me or anything just reached in front of me very rude
