I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent in-store experience that does not reflect the level of customer service I have come to expect from Bath & Body Works. I am a long-time customer and rewards member who regularly purchases candles, body washes, lotions, and other products. Recently, I placed an order of over 15 candles. While most of the candles were great, one candle did not perform as expected and had little to no scent when burned. Within approximately three weeks of purchase, I visited my local store with the candle, my receipt, and my order number, simply requesting an even exchange for a candle scent I know and enjoy. Have never had any problems at this location. Even though this mall is slotted to close down , I truly hope this Bed Bath Bodywork’s is relocated and stays in Belair Md because this is one of the better retail stores to shop in.

I love the many scents you can choose from in so many different products. My favorite are the wallflowers, which are plug-ins that you buy refills for that last about a month. They make my house smell amazing. And they have all kinds of themed holders for the scents. I signed up as a free member and I get an email when there is a great sale. The sales are the best but I do think the regular prices are a bit high. They also have body sprays, candles, body lotions and hand pump soaps.

I am a nursing mother who just had a baby 3 months ago and decided to go to Harford mall on August 7th 2025. My mother, 2 months old baby (at the time) and I had stopped at Bath and body works for about 2 minutes to spray some testers and ask questions about the sales they had going on. We left after speaking to an associate who i can only assume was Beth the store manager. As soon as we left , we went to eat and while eating we were surrounded by 5 police officers told us that they got a call from the store manager Beth, who accused us of stealing from the store and even went to the extent of telling the police officers that i kept the product in my bra. I had to strip down at the mall food court just to show that I hadn't taken anything. We were embarrassed and it was traumatizing. This

The store is very neat maybe it’s because it’s still early and people haven’t descended on the store. I am happy with that Halloween collection they have right now, looks exciting ☺️
