Such amazing serviceeee. employees was so nice. an even went with me while helping me. I enjoyed an i eill be back. an i like that this store holds alot of the scents. u barely are out or dont carry what i like. this had became my store favorite!!!!! Great location.

After visiting this location for the second time since its opening, I have decided that I will not return. During my visit, I was required to stand outside in 38-degree weather for approximately 20 minutes, despite the store being nearly empty. An employee at the door repeatedly stated that only 20 customers were allowed inside at one time, which did not appear to align with the actual conditions inside the store. While waiting, I and other customers overheard the employee making disparaging and disrespectful remarks about customers. Once allowed inside, the shopping experience did not improve. Inventory was extremely limited, shelves were difficult to access due to employees blocking them, and customers were prevented from freely exiting or entering as the doors were locked to restrict

This was my first time visiting this location and it's not the worst but definitely not the best. They just opened up, and they certainly have work to do. I made two orders around 930am on the same day- one for the Woodstock location and one for this location. It took only 2 hours for the staff at the Woodstock location to get my order ready. This Austell location, I didn't get a notification until 8 hours later. The staff here at this location are too slow. When I went to this location to pick up my order, I can see that there was no type of energy or anything in that building. It looks like they only have one person doing pickup orders and she was moving like a sloth. And this same sloth lady seem like she kind of had an attitude with me when I first walked in, because I accidentally pi

Apparently B&BW thinks it’s ok to violate fire code and lock the doors while customers are inside. There weren’t even that many people inside that they needed to control the number of people in the store.

So glad we finally have a Bath & Body Works in the area! The store looks great, and all the ladies working there were super helpful and attentive.
