If there ever was a store full of rude employees this is definitely it. Went in with our kiddo and they literally were treating us like we were criminals. Following us around and asking us if we were done shopping. Meanwhile our kid wasn’t really doing anything. We also had a bottle in our baby bag for the baby and they made the comment “can you believe she still has that one on the bottle?” Referring to the one that was walking around. We’re calling in to speak to a manager and calling corporate.

Great as always! On this visit, I did discover B&BW pet products! I got some paw and nose balm for dogs and cats. Smells amazing, but I think they're going to need it more in winter than right now in mid summer. Great service and great sales.

I am very upset. On Friday, I came for 2 candles for my friend's birthday present. My paper bag broke, so on Saturday I came back to ask for another one and for my gift to be presentable. The girl at the register told me no and I told her can I pay for it? It's only for a gift! And she told me no and that she can't give me a paper bag or sell me a paper bag to give her gift to my best friend. I am left disappointed with that place. I am a frequent customer but I will never return!
