Placed an online order. Email states you can bring ID to pick up order. Wrong. Store wouldn’t allow me to pick up my own order. Now I have to wait a week for the order to cancel itself and hope the funds get returned. First and last time purchasing from bath and body works.

Rude staff. Multiple employees were disrespectful, a little manner goes a long way. Treat your customers right and they'll spend more money, but the people here treat you like a major inconvenience.

The black chubby manager was super rude for absolutely no reason. One of the employees asked me if I wanted her to ask the manager if she can give me a discount because the box for the cologne was torn and it was for a gift. I said sure, but not really caring if she gave me a discount or not. she asked her in front of me she made rude gesture and walked away, leaving the employee and myself wondering what was the answer to the question. I advised the young lady I'll step to the side so she can continue to ring people up till her manager came back. When she finished ringing people up she went to look for her manager to get an answer, to the which she said no. I said ok. I already knew by her rude gesture. Then I asked how much longer for my online order or if I can gather the items for them
