I visited your store on Saturday and realized afterward that I was charged for one extra candle. When I called, I was told that I just needed to bring the receipt and I would either get a refund or another candle. I went to the store today, and the manager, Liz, said she couldn’t do anything unless I brought all the items I purchased. She also mentioned that she couldn’t check the cameras. But what difference does it make to bring the products? The mistake was clearly made by the cashier, who charged the same item twice — it’s right there on the receipt. First, I was told to just bring the receipt. Second, the error was made by your employee, not me. Bath & Body Works is a great place for body care products and fragrances; it features a wide variety of products, strong scents, and good quality, with frequent offers and discounts, but prices can be high without the promotions.

Another terrible experience at bath and bodyworks Hey Bath & Body Works it’s a crime to advertise something and not honor it. BOTH the FAQ on your website and the recorded message on your customer service line (which of course I recoded) say NO coupons online YES coupons in store. The NYC stores has been told by corporate to not accept coupons. All relevant state departments have been notified. What are you doing to make this right?

This store seem to think it can make up its own policies and violate those of the company. It seems they are the only store in NYC not taking coupons as both the website and customer service say. Violating printed pricing is again the law. The manager was dismissive and offered no solution telling me she doesn’t care what the website says or what customer service says. This store has gotten progressively worse since Christina left. After shopping at this location for 20 years, I will never step foot in a Bath and Body Works again. I have about $2000 worth of unused product that is still within the return window. I will intentionally be walking in at 7:45pm on one of their slow day to process a complicated return and tank their day, showing them the same disrespect the showed me
