My wife and I were walking past bath & body works and smelled something incredible. We were instantly drawn in and took a look. The scent was strawberry pound cake. It is amazing! They also had a great deal of buy three get two free for body care items.

I absolutely love bath and body works products, but the employees at this location do not have customer service skills. For example when I tried to ask questions, I just got vague responses and they just continued to move around the store trying to avoid customers. Another example I asked a question to the cashier. She said she had to check with her manager when she came back, the answer was no. I proceeded to tell a brief story while I am continuing to check out and the manager walks up and says it's just store policy. It's not her fault, attacking me Instead of asking questions such as the typical customer service response.Is everything okay over here? Is there anything I can help you with? I had to panically respond. I'm not getting on to her or throwing a fit. I was just trying to tell

I visited this store 11/12/2023 around noon.The manager was extremely rude! She first very rudely told me I could not use my 20% off coupon which I had received in the mail on the 60% off merchandise. I then read the back of the coupon and it said nothing about not being able to use the coupon in the store on sale items. When I check out I told the clerk I had the coupon and she said she had to get the manager. She pretended to scan the coupon and she acted like it did not work. She repeatedly said I had already used the coupon which I had not as I just peeled it off the mailer that I had received. She kept implying that I was trying to reuse the coupon which I was not. I pulled my app up and she ran the exact same coupon and amazingly it work! The manager never apologized for her action
