Went here for an exchange and any deals. Floor staff was friendly and helpful. The return went horrible. I wanted to exchange 2 wallflowers. I did have my account pulled up in the app and you could see the purchase. Because there wasn't a bar code on it it, the entered my driver's license info into the system. Such an invasion for an inexpensive exchange. Staff was rigid and gave me the ultimatum of a return and repurchase at today's price. I would receive a credit in 3-5 days. Please do better.

Friendly service, very clean salon and was completely updated about a year ago. Never had any issues here. I go about every 2 to 3 weeks to get my nails done. They look and feel fantastic everytime.

Brittany totally embarrassed me and manipulated me in front of the entire store. I came in and bought a gift card which I wanted to use for my purchase. For some odd reason I was told that I would not be able to use the gift card and it would take some time before it was available to us. I’ve bought gift cards before and was able to use them for a purchase. Every time she ran the gift card it would not work. She told me it was nothing she could do and even went as far as trying to take the bag out of my hand. I spend thousands of dollars at the location and even comes in twice a week. This behavior made me feel so uncomfortable. She asked me where did I purchase the gift card which I told her this store. I usually don’t have anything negative to say about BNBW but I was sadly disappointed this time!! I ordered a lot of extra items since they has the 7 piece on sale! When I got to the store she told me it was cancelled and I would be refunded! This was my early bday gift to myself!! $120 set for $30 if you purchased $35 worth body care!! Didn’t happened!!

Came in to pick up my order and the girl in front was really kind and welcoming and directed me to the registers, once there I said hello to the cashier but stayed in line since she hadn’t called me over. After I had to say hello first she looked up rolled her eyes and said “hi” with attitude and never acknowledged me after that. But I did see her called another girl over who didn’t acknowledge me at all and I was just left there standing until she yelled “what’s the last numbers” I then walked over and asked her what number did she mean for example phone number or order number. Gave me attitude over my simple question and walked off to find my order, again without saying anything. I didn’t get girls names unfortunately, but they acted like I was causing them an inconvenience I don’t norma
