2 -3 workers I noticed because they were all smiling and helpful, one might have been a customer who was happy to find a price for me. Today is 2-16-26. I am terrible at names but the ladies had my order ready to go and their positive vibes and great smiles and personality made this one of my better shopping experiences in a long time! That’s ladies! You made me a very happy customer today! Keep up the great work!!! Even customers were happy in here. Just a little happiness goes a long way!!!

This location usually has stock other stores do not have. Seasonal service was poor, allowing people to cut line at the cash wrap. I'd recommend internet orders to work around the poor service and headaches at the checkout. MOD likes yelling through the whole store with a closing countdown. No worries there but it takes away from any in-store experience, as well.

Absolutely lovely place to shop. I had placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up . The store smelled great, and the staff was friendly. They had a great sale going on, and I couldn't help but spend some more money, lol. Definitely will be back for some more smelly stuff. Love the new Tanger location very convenient.

During my recent visit to the store, I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service. Despite there being four employees present, none of them greeted or approached us. This lack of attention was especially noticeable as we waited at the checkout. The cashier, Lajoya, appeared disengaged and was on her personal phone for the duration of our interaction. She neither acknowledged us upon arrival nor thanked us as we completed our purchase. Her failure to attend to us, along with the overall lack of customer engagement, left a negative impression.
