I visited this location today. I was greeted with a smile by Mr. Dave whom provided excellent customer service to all the customers! This store' vibe was pleasant and professional. Everyone there wanted and appreciated my business! Great service!

Store refuses to be consistent with allowing coupons. The coupons are allowed on candle day IN STORE according to bath & body works website, but this store refuses to let you use them and doesn’t inform you of this until you waste time standing in a ridiculously long line. Crazy how the other stores in the upstate have no issue reading the policy and following it.

Love this store and the mens collection it has! So many great fragrances! My wife and I got married in February and our wedding was themed after beauty and the beast. Not only thay we found out you guys launched beauty and the beast themed merchandise and the smell did not disappoint! Would live to see what other collabs yall do in the future. Hopefully a batman one 2 scents for men (Batman and Joker) and 2 scents for women (Catwoman and Harley Quinn), maybe even a Wizard of Oz line as well, or even better a part 2 to the Disney line. So many possibilities and cant wait to see what's done next because I have no doubt if you guys ever did anything superhero of Wizard of Oz themed, then you'd make some bank!

I have ALWAYS enjoyed B&BW products and scents. The staff have always been helpful, yet not too helpful or pushy.

Encountered an employee with a condescending demeanor. The manager on duty was notified, so I hope coaching is in place and the concerns are addressed.
