This is our fave BBW store. The staff, all of them, are fantastic, conscientious, helpful, and fun! We are frequent visitors and always love the shopping experience. They help us find things, give us tips, and notify us of big sales coming up. The store is clean and impeccable, always. They are pet friendly and are extremely welcoming and hospitable to our dog. It’s really an event & destination for us.

Amazing clean and giant store! Employees are so nice and helpful

The staff is so helpful and friendly. I was having an issue with reactions to some products, and the clerk ( I regret not getting her name) was super helpful and explained the ingredient that was causing it and helped me find products that didn't contain it. Very grateful for her help today!
