It was a busy lunch hour, there were 4 or 5 gals behind counter but only one gal was taking care of online pickups. I was 3rd in line and there were people behind me. Finally, another gal came to the other register when I said "why doesn't somebody help her?" In fact she was the only gal smiling or pleasant. The rest of them - not so much. I'm sure I'll change my review after I return because I've always experienced stellar customer service here. And I know so will again. Just not this time.

I want to love this location, I truly due but the staff working today were just plain rude. There's a way to talk to people and a way not to. Just because someone doesnt want a basket doesnt mean you sigh at them, just because someone goes to look at an item outside of what they said they wanted doesnt mean you have to be rude and hover around them. I dont care if the new collection isnt part of a silly sale, LET ME SMELL IT AND DECIDE IF I WANT TO BUY IT FULL PRICE!!! Dont be rude and grab the item out of my hand after telling me its not part of the deal and then go up to the register to check...no crap its not part of the deal. It even states it on the website. I will be spending my money at other locations and recommending others do the same...I was wanting to spend money...but no your

Manager/worker was rude. Will never buy from that store again. Had two orders. One was ready. Ask if other was close since we don’t live close. Was told if not close to the top will not get it for us. Ended up being close to five days later. No thank you not driving the distance.

Very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The personal attention was 100% . I've Always had good service. I'll be back for more candle.

Helpful employees. Wide variety of scents and even candles! Usually have decent sales. Yesterday was buy 2 get one free.
