Sad it's not in the mall anymore, it doesn't smell near as nice there, lol!! Love the new store and location, staff is super duper helpful as always!!! Thank you for helping me hide the smell of 7 animals in my home!! XO 💚 🍀 🥰 🐾 🙏🏼

The location is lovely and much roomier than the one that was in the mall. My problem is how come if I find a scent and it's only in the little hand creams or candles, and I ask an associate of it's a discontinued scent or if it out of season and what season it may b a part of, the answer is well I don't know u can look that up online. Ummm.. I'm here in person buying and thinking of future purchases this will make me wanna go to another bath and body works location where the employees, can either actually assist or possibly look it up!

Stopped in because I thought they were having a 5.95 but turns out it was online only. Luckily when I checked out, I only had to put back 1 item. I'm leaving a 1 star review because the cashier seemed annoyed I was asking about sale prices. I also noticed after I left I had a reward in my account for a free item up to $18.95. The cashier never mentioned this. I never needed to put my item back!

Very generous allowing me to use lots of coupons.

I went on opening day with a coupon for a free item for my birthday. They had buy one get one candles and a bunch of 60% off clearance. I ended up spending $68 and saved over $110! The staff was awesome and my cashier was adorable. I’m going back today with my sister, just can’t get enough!
