Bath & Body Works

My order was placed and picked in a great timely manner. But their way they just push you off to the end of the counter for online orders was rude to me. I get there’s a spot for online orders that’s fine push don’t push me to down there and then finish the rest of the line first then try to help me. You should have just came down and helped me right then knowing I just stood in line. I waited my turn the. Had to wait longer because “the one who does online orders” is busy now the rest of the line of gone and I’m still waiting. Thanks. Like I said product is great picked in a great time but the counter help is a poor rude in my taste. Thank you.

It's the same Bath and Body Works that you'd find in any shopping mall, but with less stock. Still the same high-pressure sales & people following you around. I feel like a suspected criminal in all BBW stores (even though I look the furthest from being a thief!) - being in a small town, it's too bad this one isn't any different. When there is a sale, I order online & pick up in store to avoid a shadow while shopping. I buy BBW in general a lot less due to their ingredients & making items smaller (hand sanitizer spray) but still charging the same price.

Dec 3rd around 12 minutes before they were closing,we went in and the friendly staff let us in,showed us to exactly where we needed to be to get our gift items. That was greatly appreciated. The best part was our cashier Jason,he laughed at my dumb jokes and made us laugh also. He was very friendly and full of joy as he checked us out. The world could use more Jason’s to make shopping such a pleasant one,especially when you are like us and run into stores right before they are closing.

Was in there the Nov 25th and bought products. Then couple days later when getting my points on app. It showed the points but at the same time took away my points. Went in today for candle sale day I brought in my receipts and showed to sale associate she said that I needed to call in Monday to customer service. Which I was ok with. Then few minutes later she located me in the store and said if I wanted I could use the points like I had received them for merchandise rather than trying to call and go through customer service. Which was well above beyond what she had to do. So shout out to the staff there and I will always be a loyal customer of there's. Thank You

Everyone in this store is so absolutely amazing I try and come in as much as possible! Love talking to them about bath and body works! We all always share a story or 2 while in there! Every time I come in everyone is so nice and I never have a issue!
