Bath & Body Works

Walked into Bath & Body Works today and got hit with a wave of smells so good I almost forgot why I was there. The ladies working there? Absolute legends — like fragrance ninjas on a mission to find the perfect set for my fiancé. They helped me sniff out the right combo like detectives of delicious scents. If smelling amazing was an Olympic sport, these ladies would be gold medalists. 10/10 would let them pick my fragrance for life.

I don’t like the store on Lehigh st south mall the staff stands there like one girl at the counter standing by the cash register seen me walk up and she looking around didn’t knowledge me then another girl comes up goes to get me order from the back it was a online order beings it out rings it up drop my bag after throwing my items in the bag I snatched my bag walked out I don’t know which store is worse this location or center valley I strongly feel it’s minority issue honestly because either location is isn’t nice I will start having my items ship to my home so I don’t need to look and deal with rude people anymore

This is my super secret Bath and Body Works. I enjoy shopping in a calm place (the LV mall is a bit much for me). The store is tidy and the employees are very nice. This store has all of the selections of the mall without mall hassle.

This place is getting worse and worse as I write. The staff is very rude and dishonest. My husband bought a gift card for me for Mother's day this current year, and when he gave it to me I misplaced it in our house, when I finally found it, I tried to use it online and it said that there was no balance on the card. He called customer service and they informed him that the g-card was used twice in the same store. So that means either that the person who sold it to him, safe the g-card information to use for herself, and/or gave it to somebody else. This is outrageous is probably a system they have been used to scam people. At the moment they are investigating the situation so they can identify the person who did it. My favorite place for fragrances, candles, body wash and hand sanitizer. It’s very close to me and they’re very good with sales and coupons.
