I love bath & body works. Everything I buy is great quality. They have sales almost every week. Whenever I get to the store they always greet you. They spray a scent sample on a paper for you to smell. The Snow white smell is so good. I also order online to pick up in store. They let you know by email the status of your order & when it's ready. All the workers are always kind & friendly. If I can't find something, they will look for me. They never hesitate or make you feel you're bothering them. I have purchased some 3 wick strong scented candles but I just light one wick. That works. I am a very pleased customer. Join the rewards! You won't be disappointed. I will always shop at bath & body works!

I love the smells. I just hate that every time I try to get my gift or the promotion It's canceled because they are out even though it says online i They have it. You lose the gift or promotion. I have called the 1800 number and its a hassle. Its really frustrating.

I had never ordered or went to the store. Coupons were mailed for discount. I placed a few different online orders, 3 orders. Two for 3 wick candles and another for one pillar holder. I Love The pillar holder! Some of the 3 wicks that I bought were good, a few were really bad. But I loved the in-store return. I was able to pick out other candles I thought I'd like. The seasonal one Blueberry sugar is my fav. I wanted more....😶 but they aren't available.. bummer. When I went to the store to replace the candies (two were packed horribly and totally broken. I was unable to replace with the same ones. They were out, another bummer.... But I did buy a second pillar holder that I also really ❤️

This store has a great layout and design. The prices are fair and they have some good deals. The store is very busy but seems to be very well-staffed. The Staff was also very knowledgeable in promotions and offers.
