I love Meha from Colonie Albany NY. She has amazing customers skills and she is so bubbly. She helped me picking up the order and I end up getting 20 items from that day. Please give her best customer service award.

This location is my go to. Not super packed like the mall locations and the staff are very friendly and helpful but not overbearing. I recommend this location 100%

My experience at this store was very awkward and unprofessional. Upon entering the store I acknowledged an employee with a greeting and that employee did not speak to me. Then that employee had the same audacity to follow me and ask me if I needed assistance with anything as if I was attempting to shoplift. Upon checking out the cashier gave me a super bright red an pink bad suitable for a woman, even though there were dozens of normal colored brown and blue bags available for her to give me. I had to ask for a bad that wasn't as bright she acted as if she was clueless then another employee changed it. It was a very awkward experience and I don't recommend anyone of color visit this store. Management should be ahanmed of training such emotionally incompetent staff.

This Asian girl at the register said that she didn’t have time to wrap my items and I would have to do it myself. What kind of customer service is that? Yes it was busy, but if I’m spending money here, I should be able to get full customer service.
