I love this place. Still prefer the one in the mall.the 2 associates were too busy wrapped up in their own conversation about cheese to Evan acknowledge or greet us when we walked in.actually my daughter and I had to ask to walk thru bc they were blocking the door.

Very busy probably due to annual candle event. They however had enough staff to help with flow, directions etc. Definitely did not feel like the store was packed. Speed and accuracy of service was not affected. Definitely will be going there again

Customer service is hit or miss. However, they usually have what I'm looking for. That's WHY I GAVE 4 stars. I'm usually in and out of there. I shop for the room sprays and Aromatherapy line of products and some candles.

The customer service was excellent! I was warmly greeted upon entering the store, and I was offered multiple different lotions to sample. The cashier (Aaliyah I think?) was also super sweet! She suggested a body lotion for me to try which smelled wonderful! I really appreciate how nice everybody is. They make you feel very welcome, and I appreciated how ready they were to answer questions. The store was well organized, and the employees were constantly cleaning and straightening everything back up. Love it here, and I will definitely go back!
