I wish I could afford one of every fragrance in the store they all smell soo good, I get frustrated b/c I like'em all, I did get this hand sanitizer b/c I hadn't ever known of a fragrance *Spray* hand sanitizer it smell so nice you would want to wear it on your body

I love getting lotion, shampoo & conditioner and other stuff that i like! staffs are nice! some of them recognize me already because i usually do the store pick up! 😊

I had an awkward/uncomfortable experience at checkout today. I got what I wanted because the lady at the front was very helpful but the lady back at the register wasn't very nice. She was short with me, not very talkative, the register froze when she tried scanning my things and complained because it was her 1st time at that location and then the machine froze again when I put my card in when she said it was ready for me and she complained that of course this would happen when she has 10 minutes until she gets off for work. And we moved to a different register even though I wanted to make sure it wouldn't charge me 2x and she was short some more with me at the next register. I get it. Today was my first experience with Candle Day and it was beyond wonderful! This store did such a good job maintaining a line that I’m sure is there every year for candle day while also social distancing customers and making me feel safe while shopping. The two employees outside Kyle and Dee were friendly informative and extremely helpful. All of the employees inside were also friendly and helpful even the person who checked me out was efficient and friendly. 10/10 experience! Thank you!

I am sad that I didn’t get their names but there were two associates at your store on Saturday that really went above and beyond with me and made me feel like people still care in the customer service industry. One at the front helped me pick out some candles and lotions at front. Then I was going to shop independently and was greeted farther in the store by another associate and she helped me pick out more candles. They were very helpful in their opinions on their favorite scents and helped me pick out mine. Really appreciated their kind customer service!
