Bath & Body Works

I had such a wonderful experience at Bath & Body Works! From the moment I walked in, the store smelled amazing, and the displays made it so easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to answer my questions and suggest products based on my preferences. I ended up finding some new favorite scents and products, and the checkout process was smooth and quick. I really appreciate how the store makes shopping fun and inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back for gifts and to treat myself again!

Wish they had more products and variety. Besides that one flaw, the store is nice and M.K there is amazing. Super helpful

Line was a bit longer than usual due to one person at the register 🙄 when ppl are shopping 🛍 please ensure multiple ppl are at the register for checkout! I love BBW coupons!

2023-03-02: I came in this week to pick up an order I had placed online. The employees were very pleasant, helpful, and available. The store was very clean and tidy. Will return in the future.

Not a fan of this location. I went into the store with my mom right at opening, they opened the door late and from there it went downhill. When we found our products we went to check out, there were 5 people in the queue and there was only ONE person checking on people out. When she asked for assistance from the 4 people behind the checkout desk a blonde lady was rude and refused to help her. The other two really didn’t do anything. From there my mother made her purchase and the cashier told her the wrong total. And then refused to correct it. Not sure if I will come back to this location…
