Bath & Body Works

All the sales associates are wonderful. The Adrian store is always clean, stocked and so helpful. Corporate should give all the employees a raise. They model true, excellent customer service.

I love having Bath and Body Works back in Adrian! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, Even if they are unsure about a product they ask a manager for recommendations so they all do work together. Unsure of who I was helped by but the managers/workers are definitely amazing and take the time to listen, very patient and kind.

One of the best BBWs I have ever experienced. Sara, Grace and Michael all have been extremely helpful every time I visited. Their product knowledge is impeccable and they always put a smile on my face.

I'm so glad we finally have a bath and body works in Adrian, much more convenient than driving to the mall in Toledo or Ann arbor. Friendly staff and a clean, well organized store
