B&BW has beautifully scented body care, candles, soap, hand sanitizer, plug ins, and even laundry and hair care. They have general scents as well as seasonal offerings. The retail prices are a bit nuts so shop the sales, and definitely become a rewards member! You'll get exclusive offers and free gifts. This particular store is staffed by friendly, knowledgable, happy people. It is large, clean, well lit, well organized, with ample parking. You can even shop online and pick up in store by setting it as your preferred store in your online account. Of all the stores in the Springs, I like this one best. Highly recommend!

There is a lady who's been working here for quite a while, and she makes me so uncomfortable when I visit, that I try to avoid her. But that's nearly impossible to do with how aggressive she is. She acts like customers are obnoxious and inconvenient. She never seems happy or cheerful, and never smiles. I have tried being humorous and light hearted with her and she just stares at me blankly. She is knowledgeable about the sales and scents, but doesn't seem like a nice person at all. I'm getting tired of dreading interactions with her, and probably won't shop here for a while. I need a break from her!

Went in right before Christmas, as is usual for a guy. Was welcomed in with info on the good deals. Spent 75 bucks or so on the 4 dollar deals. Didn't get the 4 dollar on the 65 dollar perfume, but everything bath and body cream that complimented it. Great folks, didn't have to lock my car doors. I don't know what else to say.

Tynisha was amazing! It was the 75%off semi annual sale and she was managing keeping the product stocked and was still available for questions. The coupons were unclear and she was very knowledgeable, kind and supportive! That lovely woman needs a raise and paid vacation! 💗 she saved me $100 with the in app deals & coupons!

Walked in and got excellent service! They didn’t have my OG…..The plumeria’ but the girl in there hooked me up with three wonderful flavors! They have a sale going on buy two get one free so I got three bottles of lotion for 40 bucks! Very simple not super busy. This is going to be my Bath and body Works for sure! Thanks guys for taking such great care of me.
