Bath and Body Works

12/28/2025 Unrealistic about this branch. My daughter got some bath and body works gift cards for her birthday and at the time of paying the purchases they said that they were not bath and bodyworks even though the company name in front of the store was the same and that they were owned by a private owner as they were inside the PX. If you get any gift cards from this store, then is not the right place to go. They also treat you depending who they think 🤔 you are, not the right customer service, too prejudice to be on a military base dealing with diversity, and unfortunately not the only store in that PX location having this type of employees.

The staff here should be treated better. At least give them a candle or two!! Or a discount?

I've never had any issues with this store. It is an AFES store, so the selection and sales are not the same that you would find at an off post B&BW, but it has a good selection still. Staff has always been helpful if I needed assistance.

Staff was not friendly couldn’t even be bothered to say hey welcome in, mind you the store was empty. Other then that I love BBW but not this location 😖

Always a catch when it comes to sales. Too much fine print, and gimmicks. Just clearly label what's on sale, and what isn't.
