Went today to get my 5 year old son’s haircut and was treated horribly. My son got up in the seat, ready for his haircut (so excited) and the man cutting his hair pulled him back into the chair and it scared him, and when my son jumped (because he thought he was going to fall) this man raised his voice at him. My son started crying, obviously bc who is this stranger raising his voice at him for no reason, the man then snatches everything off of my sons neck and tell him he’s done to get up. I have worked in hospitality and customer service for years and have never seen anyone treat another person that way, and especially a small child. Maybe this man was having a bad day, I’m not sure, but regardless we will never be back, or recommend to anyone.

I needed to get a hair cut for my 10yo son quickly for a trip. They were able to get him in quite quickly. I loved the care given and the shop was clean and very nicely put together. The hair cut was done well and the price was affordable. I will be coming back again and I've insisted my husband check them out also.

I'm fairly new to the area and supporting local business is important. That being said Ronda made my first visit special. Yes the haircut and beard trim where immaculate but the atmosphere and Ronda's energy were top notch. Highly recommend (note: I normally don't use barbershops or salons so I don't know what a good price is but I felt what I paid was fair)

Stop looking for an old-time "Real-Deal" barber shop; you found it. Tim McQuerry's shop at 858 Baldwin Avenue in historic DeFuniak Springs, FL is a throwback to better times and an homage to modern barbering....NOT the barbery you get at cheap franchise strip mall stalls. Mr. Tim gave me a tight razor taper to what hair is left on my noggin, and a gentle straight razor face shave. Although hoping to emerge much more handsome, Magician Tim explained he can only do so much and God gets the presiding vote long before Tim ever lays hands on you. Still, should you find yourself in DeFuniak Springs or nearby, do yourself a favor, slow down, take a deep cleansing breath and treat yourself to some man-grooming with Mr. Tim and associates at Bass Style Shop!
