Basic Vitality

I have been seeing Connie for at least a couple of years, for varying issues. She is SO knowledgeable with how the body works, how one side affects the other. Most of us believe the pain is coming from one area and if "you can just fix that".... Connie sees every patient like a special puzzle, a challenge to solve. She will listen to you and how you explain your issues, or pains and figure out what your individual needs are. As opposed to other health care individuals who put you in a box and prescribe some stock solution that rarely solves the underlying issues causing the pain. Her goal is to get you back up and enjoying the life you want.

Connie at Basic Vitality is a magician. She is kind, caring, and EXCELLENT at what she does. I would not be able to teach dance and continue my hobby of running without her help. She is the one and only person you should need to keep pain at bay.

Excellent, professional care. Have been a patient for many years, with differing needs, running the gamut of normal aches and pains from yoga and ballet, to a head injury from a fall. Connie is a superb practitioner…constantly helping one recover in an intelligent, direct manner.
