My experience at Base Nails Bar was absolutely wonderful. The place is beautiful, the service is excellent, and I especially want to highlight Stella, who did my manicure, she is truly professional, very warm, and attentive. The compliments you receive during the service, along with the beverages and sweets offered, make the whole experience feel like a true spa moment. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back

changnam is the best. thank you for taking care of me. 🤍 cleanest set i’ve ever received. the hospitality and customer service here is unlike any other nail spa i’ve been. the space is elegant, modern, relaxing. they play great music and have a drink menu as well. they also have a parking lot right next door, so clutch!

Base Nail Bar gave me the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had in my life. First off, the salon itself is absolutely gorgeous. It's very spacious with a ton of natural light. I loved the energy in there. Second, they offer a variety of beverages. The sweet girl at the front desk with the copper hair and amazing nails makes these yummy drinks. She served me their iced Vietnamese coffee which I had two of. I also tried their matcha - it's the real stuff. Their water is also served in glass bottles. They know what they're doing here. Third, let me express that pedicures are usually not relaxing for me because it can be overstimulating. Already been here a few times now! By far my favorite nail salon. Absolutely incredible service each time I’ve arrived. I’ve had different artists each visit and they all do an amazing job perfecting the nail design/nail care. Everyone on the team is very sweet and constantly checking in to see how you’re doing 😊 They also offer complimentary drinks and cookies!! Parking next door too which is great!

I recently visited this nail salon and unfortunately my experience was mixed. The manicure was done very well — the shape and polish looked nice, and I was happy with the result. However, the pedicure was a completely different story. During the service, the technician cut my cuticles too deeply twice. It was extremely painful, and my skin started bleeding. It was very uncomfortable and upsetting. This felt like a bad experiment, and sadly I cannot recommend getting a pedicure at this salon based on my experience. I hope they improve their technique and pay more attention to clients’ comfort and safety in the future.
