Base Exchange Barber Shop

Seems like a lot for a haircut, but it’s cheaper than off-base. The price is tax included, which is nice. I got a good haircut without too much of a wait.

Horrible barber shop, incredibly inefficient. Barely cut any hair and staff is consistently lazy. Never less than a 1hr wait. Below average haircuts.

Great people with great attitudes. However, this does not reflect the haircut I received. Gwen asked me if I was okay with my hair. I asked for a 4 on top with a 1 fade on the sides. She gave me a lopsided mohawk. With no exaggeration, I ended up with a mowhawk on the left side of my head that looked like Will Smith's hair in the intro to The Fresh Prince, and the right side slopped to the middle of my head. To ask me if I was satisfied? AAFES needs to either replace her or, better yet, actually pay the barbers better and give them more time to properly cut hair. Having a jigsaw puzzle for a haircut is not acceptable.

Only good doing high and tight, high fades, and crew cuts. Get your hair cut at your own risk. I showed the barber a picture of the hair style I wanted and assured me that he can do it. After 25 mins, I got the haircut I didn't want. I specifically told the guy I wanted my hair long on top and just give my hair a trim. I had a skin high and tight and not the low taper fade i asked for. This is the ONLY time I get my haircut from here. NEVER AGAIN!

Certain people do a great job cutting hair.
