In a bind I needed unprocessed raw bundles. I explained to the man behind the counter and he gives me a false claim that what I had received before must of said natural black and that because this said natural and unprocessed this will work. Did it? No because he was a liar to Mae a sale. The bundles when trying to dye turned burgundy which is a clear sign they’ve been dyed black initially. I am tired of these places. If I could give zero stars I would. I may as well file a complaint with my credit card company and get me money back. Waste $300

When I go into a shower with my nicely trimmed head, I enjoy the feel of the hot water on my skin, and clean my hair as quick as possible. No need for me to spend hours concerned about my hair. However, I was birthday shopping for a friend who is noticeably more conscientious about her hair. Knowing nothing about products required for such meticulous behavior, the associate Asia was more than competent in helping me find the birthday gifts for my friend.

I really do not enjoy being passively followed through the store while shopping for items!! I felt so uncomfortable from being followed that the items that I had in my hands, I decided to place on the counter to avoid the staff in this establishment from following me after I put my items on the counter, I was no longer being followed throughout the store as every item that I picked up after putting the initial items on the counter, I would bring each and every item after that to the counter to ensure that I’m not a thief it’s very discriminatory behavior to follow a black woman throughout the beauty supply store to be sure that she’s not stealing. I will never shop here again. the only reason why I made my purchase is because they were the only beauty supply store that was open in my area

Large assortment of products reasonably priced

If your looking for anything beauty than this is your store ~ they keep the latest beauty fashion trends, wigs are very reasonably priced & customer service is good. I have tried many but this is just right for me. Not too big; not too small. Everything is easy to find and organized appropriately. Love this beauty supply store!!!
