I've been coming here for years. I've seen three or four different estheticians in that time, and everyone has always been so great. The current owner/esthetician is awesome. She's fast, painless, and meticulous. Pro-tip: If you'll be in and out, ask the valet downstairs if you can park in a 30 minute free spot. Otherwise, it's street parking, which there's plenty along Ventura or down a side street. Easy! Overall, I love this place. They do great work for a reasonable price. And I like the location since I usually have another errand to run in the area. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I tried to get information and no one would answer I came personally and no one was around, when I finally got someone the attitude was horrible. Whoever is the girl on the phone needs to learn customer service skills or maybe speak a bit more educated. I had to find another option which I did thank god and it was literally down the street, and that place was awesome. DO NOT COME HERE if you like good customer service....

I’ve been coming to this shop for over 5 years, and for the last 3 years I’ve been scheduling with Karla—she is truly the best! She’s professional, proficient, and extremely sanitary. Karla always makes sure I leave feeling cared for, and her confidence in her work shows in the results. I see her for sugar waxing (Brazilian and underarm), and I couldn’t be happier. Even if I can’t schedule with Karla, the other girls are amazing too—Sherly is super sweet and always makes the experience comfortable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, price, consistency, and great service all around!

I had a terrible experience today! First, I requested a service for my full legs, arms, and bikini area. When I left, the technician asked me if I knew what sugar waxing was. Unfortunately, she said it can’t remove thin hair! (Okay, that’s fine, but why didn’t they tell me when I called to book the appointment?) In the end, I only did my bikini area, and she was not professional at all. It was extremely painful, and she left half of my bikini area with hair. She apologized, saying she couldn’t remove it and suggested twisting it, but even that wasnt done. If you accept the responsibility for providing a service, it’s your job to do it well!
