Barefoot Acadia

What a pleasant surprise! The feet can really cover way more than a hand, and although Li is quite little herself she has plenty of strength behind her hands and feet. I have never felt so “at ease” after a massage. I would highly recommend and will be returning. I booked my husband a massage before I left 😊

This is the first time that I got Ashiatsu Barefoot massage, it was amazing! I was nervous before coming here because I thought it might be too heavy and painful, however I felt so relaxed during the massage and I felt much better after that. Li is absouletly amazing, this is the best massage I have got ever!! Walked out with back pain gone.She is the top professional who listens to what you need. Thank you so much Li! I had my first Ashiatsu barefoot massage and it was so relaxing and it’s hard for me to relax, especially with a new therapist for the first time! I was nervous thinking I would not be able to relax, but was pleasantly surprised by how at ease I felt right away and the stress just slid away as Li worked on my muscles. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Li and giving Ashiatsu a try if you haven’t yet!

So I’m sitting here on break at work and all I could think about was my trip to Maine this past weekend where Me and the family went to Acadia National Park. After a long day hiking, the wife and kids went shopping around Bar Harbor and I decided to go get a massage. I had an amazing experience at Barefoot Acadia. The masseuse was thoughtful about touch and made sure I felt safe/comfortable. I liked the use of feet in the massage! She gave a great deep tissue massage.
