Lenee is the BOMB with brows and waxing. Her brow threading and tinting is super precise and gives you the perfect shape for your face. Highly recommend.

Olga is everything! My sister introduced me to her years ago and she is the absolute best at her craft. I’ve seen her for waxes through 2 pregnancies and she always makes me feel comfortable and like it’s just a visit with an old friend. I drive out of my way to come here, passing multiple other waxing spas. The establishment is always super clean and the staff super friendly. Booking is easy. What else is there??

I've been a regular here for over a year. The front staff is always friendly. It's extremely clean and well decorated. I lucked up with Karen on my 1st visit and I've been seeing her ever since. She's funny, personable and makes each visit quick and painless. I venture to other waxing salons here and there but I always come back. Listen to Zarai! I went in for waxing in July, and she kindly noticed my legs were swollen and suggested compression socks. I brushed it off, but another doctor later sent me for tests that led to specialists. It’s not major, but it is serious—and now I’m treating it. ¡Gracias, Zarai!

update based on the response i received. This review is for service i did when they first opened a long time ago. i just started adding reviews now. the person who did the wax is probably no longer there, but it was the worst experience I had. I did wax before, but the person who did it at this place used very hot wax, and I ended with many pumps and bruises. I did contact them at that time to complain and sent them a picture. They said they were sorry and that they would give me a discount if I went back. of course, I did not want to go back. From the reviews, it seems it is a hit or miss based on who you get. I would say if you do end up getting someone with an attitude, just walk away and ask for a refund.
