This was NOT AT ALL the usual franchise experience of "I guess that looks okay and now you should buy a multiple hundreds of dollars package so you're part of our tribe" kind of wax. Nope. Gretchen is a grounded professional with years of experience. You immediately feel comfortable. She's smart, funny, perfectly conversational about just the right topics - and you KNOW how important that is. Her space is clear, clean and welcoming. I waited way WAY too long to schedule an appointment since I moved here a few months ago. Usually that means lots of pain.
