I've visited Bare Beauty several times for different services, and while I generally appreciate the clean environment and convenient location, I've noticed a recurring issue with check-in. Nearly every time I arrive, there's no one at the front desk. I understand the staff might be with clients or working in the back, but it would be helpful to have a bell or notification system to let them know when someone arrives. Most clients, like myself, tend to show up early for appointments, and it can feel a little awkward waiting around without acknowledgment. My most recent visit was for a brow wax with Bianka. I had such a lovely experience at Bare Beauty with Heather!! I’ve been on the hunt for my go-to place/person for waxing—someone I can trust and who actually meets my expectations—and Heather is exactly that. She made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in and is a total expert. I absolutely adore her and will definitely be back for many more visits!

We have emailed and called about our gift certificate purchase for a refund, policy changes after time of purchase can’t apply to previously purchased items. Owner is nonresponsive. Legal action or third party involvement may be the necessary next step unfortunately.

She has such a warm, calming presence and is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s specific needs. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already excited to book my next visit. Heather truly goes above and beyond—highly recommend!

I began going to Bare Beauty a couple of months ago to try micro needling for the first time and I plan on using Bare Beauty as my go to location for ALL treatments! Heather is knowledgeable, friendly and makes sure you are comfortable during your session. I used Ideal Image in the past and after trying Bare Beauty, Ideal Image cannot even compete when it comes to service, pricing and effectiveness of the services.
