Going in I was very nervous, i’ve never had a wax before but Brooke made me very comfortable, offered refreshments as soon as i stepped in, hung my coat for me and even offered to let me play my own music. The environment was very relaxing and I was constantly reassured and able to take breaks when needed. 10/10 will be back for all futures waxes. Highly recommend Brooke!
