Im a new client and found Alex on tiktok. I can say this was by far the best experience I’ve had for waxing services. She is extremely understanding, professional and knows what she’s doing! Even though this was my first time meeting her, she made me feel extremely comfortable and due to her knowledge and confidence, she truly gave me the fastest, most pleasant waxing experience and I never thought that was possible. She did not disappoint and because of that I’m eager and excited to try her other services such as facials and eyebrows. Im definitely referring to everyone!

She was so unnecessarily rude .. on New Year’s Eve. Takes a very bitter person to treat a first time client like this. Also I’ve been getting waxed for 4 years. I’ve never had any waxer put wax on top of wax in two separate strips. Rushed and messy with no care.

Alex is very professional, friendly and thorough. Her space is nicely decorated and bright. I got a great wax from her. She carried light conversation and explained everything she was doing. Visiting from Chicago, my first appointment with Alex was a great experience. The Brazilian and underarm wax went quickly and smoothly and I've seen almost no irritation within the first 24 hours even while travelling. Alex has a great personality, is super professional and I enjoyed chatting with her. She gave me some recommendations for my visit to NYC. Alex also provided a little goodie bag with aftercare instructions which was sweet and thoughtful. The studio is clean, cute, and relaxing. Highly recommend!
