Barclay Hair & Wigs - Discount Plus

This was our first time in Barclay Hair &Wig. We had a really good experience. They have so many beautiful wigs and hair extensions, at a great price. In addition they sell a variety of hair products, along with scarfs, hats, ribbons and bows to make your new look fancy. They are not just a hair store either. They sell small purses, make up, jewelry and all kinds of socks. Customer service was very friendly and the store was clean and bright. 😂 Also, there is plenty of free parking.

I had an amazing experience at Barclay Hair & Wigs. The store has a great selection of hair, wigs, and beauty supplies, and everything is well organized and easy to find. the staff and cashiers were super friendly, patient, and helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. Prices are reasonable and the quality is great. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store if you’re in the area!

I was pleasantly surprised with the selection here. They had braiding hair in colors I have never seen before. The selection was endless. The most impressive thing for me was the owner/proprietor a young man was very knowledgeable and recommended human hair for my boho braid that were more adorable than the one I was going to buy. They also have a great selection of beauty products. Very impressed

I am writing this review as I’m leaving the store. I came in this morning to buy a wig I needed quickly. When I got home and took it out of the box, I discovered the lace was damaged (I so wish I had taken a picture if I know I’d be writing this review). I immediately called the number listed on Google but go no answer, straight to voicemail—so I had no choice but to drive back in the rain. I spoke with who I believe was the manager or the owner’s son. After checking my receipt, he returned with a replacement of the same wig and, in a very nonchalant and rude manner, accused me of causing the damage, loudly stating that it was not a manufacturer defect and that “someone” must have tried it on and pulled it out. This was extremely untrue and unprofessional. This was a $50 quick wig. I can
