Barberrettes

Ruth-Ann cut my hair I didn’t know what to expect, never been here before, just drove by and called the number and made a appointment!!! She was amazing!! Took her time to make sure I left HAPPY with her work!!! I booked my next appointment before walking out the door, and for the last year, I have not left a shop with much interest to return!!! ❤️✂️ 💁‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a dirty look and a "Can I help you?" I asked if they did walk ins. The lady responded with "Nope." And said nothing further until I asked if there was any way I could Setanta appointment. She then proceeded with her bad attitude over to the planner. I decided not to set an appointment due to the attitude. I was dressed in an old work jacket because I just got off my 12 hour shift and needed a good cut. But was treated like a bum, only assuming because of how I was dressed. Shame, I was looking for a new barber and I treat my barbers very well. Won't be here!.

I got my hair cut here for the first time today (05/10/14). As soon as I walked in I felt like a regular. When I walked out I felt like family. Diana has spent years perfecting a bald fade and I looked as good as I felt walking out. I'm new to Lansing and I can say with confidence that this is my new barbershop.

Walked in when open and was told no one was there to cut hair. 2nd attempt arrived an hour after they are supposed to be open to a closed sign. Will not being trying again.

Warm and welcoming. We all had masks on. A safe place to come get your hair done.
