I wish i can give this company zero stars. They have zero integrity. I would not recommand this company to my worst enemy. The item i prdered went from arriving in 5 days to arriving in 2 weeks. USPS was waiting for shipment for almost a whole week. Just be honest and reach out to your customers. I cant believe companies like this are actually in business. The lack of integrity is mind blowing. Be honest to your customers. Read your reviews and correct the on going issues. Dont respond to this review with a BS apology or how you rectified issues by refunding the customer. QUIT BEING LAZY AND SEND OUT THE ITEMS THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY FOR ON TIME.

I purchased a $70 single mini clipper for my husband which he didn't end up liking. The larger sets he preferred were minimum $200 which would have been OK for us. Unfortunately the woman at the counter informed me that since it was the 9th day after purchase that I could not return the unopened and unused item. No refund? No problem. But NO STORE CREDIT or any type of return for another model?? I coud see she was gearing up for a fight from the tone of her responses and attitude as I asked about the policy in detail, so I left it alone and walked out. We support local shops first and foremost but a 7-day refund policy, zero returns, plus rudeness is wild. There is no reason to purchase from them again when there are so many other options with better customer service and better policies.

Just went in to Berber Supply & Co to buy a JRL trimmer for my husband as a Christmas gift. I had a wonderful experience and the deals at the store are convenient especially now for the holidays.
