Barber Shop NEW NICE

Alright, so I've been to this location a few times and have never gotten any issues properly because I do speak Spanish, but I've seen people complaining about the employees not being able to communicate in English, and I'm on their side. They should hire employees who speak English too. Everyone should be welcome, no matter what language they speak. And yes, I've seen employees ignoring you and just wanting to sit down and be on their phones. I don't know if it's just me but it's just hard to find a really good barbershop especially now that's everything is expensive

I took my son here to get his haircut. First time there. Went for the price. We walked in everybody looked at us and nobody said anything. I waited for a minute assuming everybody was busy. after about 3-5 minutes of nothing I finally asked a barber who was on his phone sitting in one of the empty stations in front of me ....And he said oh yeah I can cut your kids hair. He did a good job. He then sent me to pay at the cash register I get up there and the woman is on her phone staring down not acknowledging me. I said excuse me a few times and nothing finally one of the barbers yelled her name and that got her to look up. Its unfortunate because everything is so expensive now and their prices were great and the cut wasn't bad, but I really don't think we will be returning.. They would be am

The shop is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and always available to assist. The barber provides excellent service.

They cut my kids hair cut fast and friendly I love it every time. Clean and very friendly.

Just attempted to call 10-15minutes ago. Wanted to know if they had any availabilities for today. Was hit with an “habla Spanish?” in which I politely responded with a “no I do not”…I was hung up on. Not sure about you but the last time I checked, that was the exact opposite of customer service.
