I booked a Booksy with this barber shop. Made it on time and all. When I got there. Lights weren’t on. Door locked. There was a sign that said appointments only don’t knock. So I called. No pick up. Looked at my Booksy appointment it waiting to be confirmed but I got a notification that my appointment is coming up. So thats an automatic thought that hey. Your appointment is set 2nd time using Booksy. Not a good impression on any of this automated system. It is what it is then. Luckily I don’t get charged but they mark it down as a no show. That’s dumb
