Barber In Demand

Barber in Demand (BID) is a 5-Star barber shop. I am very picky when it comes to my hairstyle and after living in the Raleigh-Durham area for almost a year and a half I have visited most barber shops that had 5 star ratings on Google. Although most were good, BID is truly deserving of the 5-Star. My only experience here is with Mike, he takes his time to make sure you look like you're about to close a deal and cash a $1M check. His schedule is highly flexible, allowing me to get my haircut before work and his attention to detail is unsurpassed. I will continue to drive an hour from my home to this establishment. Mike is the pinnacle of who a barber should be.

Barber Jazz is a miracle worker. Upon the recommendation of my daughter's friend, I walked into the shop with a scarf covering my head to hide the disastrous haircut I'd received a week before by a barber who will remain unnamed! After the cut, shampoo/conditioner, and engaging conversation, that Jazz treated me to, I was ready to give away the scarves and head wraps that I'd used to hide that ugly hair cut. As long as Jazz is available, I won't be needing them. 🤩😇

I had never been to a barber shop before but booked an appointment with Fademaster Jazz so I could look a little special for my wedding. The whole experience blew me out of the water. My wife can't stop talking about how fresh I look and says I'm not allowed to cut my own hair anymore 10/10 would recommend

The whole vibe at BiD is what I’d imagine going to a true barber shop should be. After over 5 years of going to ATB I really didn’t know any better, but now I look back and realize that it just wasn’t welcoming and the other barbers were either complaining about some drama or were just too dull...I only went there b/c that’s where my barber had his booth, and anyone whose ever been to ATB knows Tony and sitting in that Iron Throne kept me coming back. So cut to about 6 months ago Tony moved up, has his booth at BiD and I’ve been digging his new spot. You can tell the owner, ST has put some heart and soul into building it up and I’ve see it evolve over just half a year, I’m excited to see what else he’s got up his sleeves. Good guys; comfortable place. Upstairs from a beauty salon. One can either use the side entrance and go upstairs (there's a bathroom near the bottom of the stairs), or I believe one can also go in through the beauty salon at the front. There may be a wait if you don't make an appointment. Several couches and chairs are available, as well as a game board and beverages.
